100 Pcs Floor Puzzles for Kids | Ocean, Insects & Forest

First off, I would like to say I had purchased 3 puzzles from this company for my classroom at an Amazon store. My class enjoyed them and asked me to purchase the other 3 puzzles pictured on the box. I did and was sent different puzzles, finding out through email that they had redesigned them. My class put together 2 of the 3 new puzzles to find out we were missing a piece. Contacted the company to find out they do not replace missing puzzle pieces and offer 30% back on price. Although I'm supposed to receive a discount, the product should have been honored with the piece being replaced.
